Keyboard is messing up, I think its windows

So when I started playing COD4 last night I noticed I coundn't walk around but still crouch and jump. If I tapped W really fast I was able to walk like 2 inches at a time. I turned on cap's lock and held a button down and it kept blinking and the key's went like this

ooOooOoOoOoOoOoOooOoOo

And I can't find problem. It seem's like the keyboard is having trouble holding a key down but I've tried my old one and it has same result's so I can only think that mean's it's window's

Keyboard is Saitek Cyborg old keyboard was some old dell one.
Windows Vista Premium SP1
I seached google all night and I could'nt find it anywhere

Also it happen's when I'm in window's to so it's not a game problem.

Try plugging them into a different USB port. Or use a USB to PS2 adaptor (narrows it down to keyboard, USB ports, or windows).

It isn't really a problem, but a configuration that needs to be modified. Go to Control Panel, Accessibility Options and uncheck all keyboard options.
