Building a very similar rig myself. Unless you have had problems before, look and compare prices with tiger direct. May save some signifigant cash from what i see.

forget tigerdirect and try newegg. i have bought parts from both vendors and newegg is faster and cheaper. many of the parts you can get with free shipping if you buy at the right time.

I have a feeling because of nahelem coming out next month a lot of these products you specified will come down in price. Therefor you probably are going to change your mind about these products because your either going to want Core i7 stuff or will be able to afford more stuff from this generation.
I don't know what umart is but if you are shipping to the US those prices are steep. I just compared the 4870, e8400 and the 4 gigs of corsair and new egg saves you $36 on the 1 gig 4870, $59 on the e8400, and $46 on the 4 gigs of Corsair. Thats already a savings of $141 without any applicable rebates. Shop around at the sites mentioned above and you should be able to build your pc for less than $1,500.
