Your question leaves much to be desired. The FX5500 was made with both AGP and PCI interfaces. If your board has both PCI and AGP interfaces, yes... why yes it will. However, don't expect much out of that card... it's a pretty worthless card.

Yes it will either PCI or AGP versiones of the card will work with your motherboard.
