Increase the size of my c drive

Hello,
i use a windows vista basic. my c drive has a space of 28 GB and i have 3 more partitions of 30 GB each. i want to increase my c drive to 40 GB as i always get the message "low disk condition"

Use a partition manager
BTW - Why would you create 4 partitions out of a 120 GB drive?

Move page file and temp files to another partition
Move "My Documents" and mail storage to another partition
Get rid of all your $NtUninstallKBxxxxxx$ files in Windows Directory
