Need advice on setting up my hard drives for video editing

Ok Here is what I have.
i7 920 processor
ASUS P6X58D mother board
12GB DDR3 Corsair Dominator ram
Arctic cooler
Corsair 650w PSU
(2) Samsung spinpoint F3 1TB hard drives
1 Samsung spinpoint F3 2Tb drive
LG DVD writer
ATI Radeon 5770 graphic card

I will be running SOny Vegas pro 9 for my video editing needs and Adobe after effects.

just keep OS in one drive & install applications in other hard drive..
its enough for your rig.. bcz you got i7 with 12 gigs of ram, that's cool..
