Pcb replace to another pcb

Hello,
if pcb failed in hard disk ,in seagate 1tb then what we have to do

RMA to seagate.

That is the best option. If you are trying to recover data and so need to get the drive working yourself, you will need special screwdrivers to remove the old PCB and good soldering skills to attach a new one. Also remember that this will probably void your warranty.
