Yeah it will run Crysis on High as long as you aren't playing at something like 1920x1200

ok, should i get one of these very well cooled cards, or two of the HIS HD 4850's?

Well, an HIS card would be better in that it would exhaust hot air out the back of your case. Also yes, this card would be more than enough to play Crysis on high.
