Are you sure it's a P5S800-UM/s and not a P5S800-VM/S? What type of compatibility are you looking for? OS, CPU, memory?

yes its the P5S800-VM/S. looking to change as I have purchaced a EN9500 GT 1GB hdmi graphics card only to find its a pci-express type.
Was just looking to see if it was worth changing to upgrade or to change my pc and sell off my old one

You didn't list other components, but if you have an old P4, DDR memory and a hard disk that's a few years old, upgrading definitely isn't worth it

You have a CPU with Hyperthreading, not 2 CPUs. Jus build a new PC. It will be much better than trying to improve that Packard Bell.
