I use the abit an52 that uses the marvell miniport network driver and the one that came in the disc doesn't seem compatible with the windows 7 beta, I kind of expected this since I've been hearing about all sorts of driver problems, but i was wondering if anyone found another driver that worked

You should be able to download the latest Vista driver from your motherboard maker. Unpack it to a file, and point Device Manager at it.

Thank you very much, I had been running XP previously on that computer, so I didn't have the vista drivers stored for it

Yep, I'll agree that I too am using the latest Vista driver just fine.
