I will be using a 52" Samsung 1080p LCD for a monitor.

I just purchased this Video Card

SAPPHIRE 100245L Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102770

The Product Specification says HDMI via adaptor. Is it necessary to consider a "native" HDMI video card or will that take me way to far up in price? Also, I will be using the PC to stream movies and tv shows as well. (hulu.com, etc.)

Is the current Video Card selected going to make me regret not getting a higher end card? Any opinions? Should I return this card and select a different one.

It should work fine, unless you're really heavy into gaming, in which case something like a 4870 (or a second 4850 for CF) would be better. For what you want, it should work great.

Thanks. Doesn't need to be 1080p resolution necessarily. I just don't want jumps or graininess when streaming or gaming.

I think 480p is the highest streaming capable right now through Highspeed Cable ISP's anyway
