Re-Build PC wont run

Hi i recently got a new system, i builded it ran fine for 2 weeks then i got a new case and system now wont turn on. PLZ HELP

something that might help:
1.when i plug in my mouse and the mouse pad they seem to turn on but when i plug in my keyboard it doesnt turn on. tried all usb everywhere is the same result. Mouse and pad works but keyboard doesnt.
2. I get no beep code and no blue light uder the ram slot 1.
3. It turnes on but there no display on the screen.
4. All the fans are spinnig.

System:

Asus en9800gtx+ dark knight
Intel Core i7 920
Asus P6T deluxe
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 2x2GB (tw3x4g1600c9dhx)
BFG ES-800
sidewinder x6 keyboard, razer diamonback

if all your connections and 4 and 6pin plugs and all the other plugs and connections are where they should be and are nice and tight,and it still does not work then,,,,you will have to bench the mobo,this has happened to me so many times that I have lost count..

NVM PPL JUST GOT IT FIXED!!!! YAY !!!!!!!!!

apparently i did as it stated in the case manual, i screw the special screws in to the case where i was supposed to, but there were to many of them and when i took my mobo out and took those away it, put mobo back and worked !!!

SO PEOPLE DONT ALWAYS THINK THAT MANUAL IS CORRECT!!!!!!!
