HELP WITH POWER SUPPLY

Hi all,,, I need help determining if my current power supply unit would run my new video card I just purchased (SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 3850 512MB AGP) with my current devices as follows:

Thermaltake Xaser III V1000A case with 420W psu
ASUS K8V SE DELUXE
AMD ATHLON 64 3400 2.4 GHZ
3 x KINGSTON 1G DDR RAM (3Gb ram total)
SOUNDBLASTER AUDIGY 2 ZS GAMER
SEAGATE 700 GB HD
SONY DVD BURNER DRIVE
TOSHIBA DVD BURNER DRIVE

I've ran a similar system with only a 400W, except I was using a 7800GS.
