should I try booting from the bios on my usb drive?
  3. Have you tried clearing the CMOS? via hard reset

I think it's on page 42 of the manual and it should tell you how to do it if memory serves me right
  4. No, I dont see it in the manual, is it a button on the board?
  5. i do see a clr cmos socket though, a jumper there maybe?
  6. Got it.
I cleared the cmos, rebooted, loaded the default bios.
    It started up into windows
back to normal, now for a stress test!!!
    Thank you for responding!
    And the hard boot idea
  7. No prob glad to be able to help out....

Just another suggestion you may want to use the update tool (the one that can do it right in the OS) and flash the latest version of BIOS for you board (I always do when I am going to over clock)

Sorry for pointing you to the wrong page.

And I am Glad you got everything sorted...having a system not booting is a stressful event
  8. Yes, VERY stressful.
I forgot to disable the cool and queit function, I think that did me in,
Doesnt seem to have done any damage to the mobo though.
