Problem with pc,wont boot

hello to everyone.i have a problem with pc.when i put the cable into pc,it turn on without pressing the power button,but works only the power supply cooler and cooler from the cpu.nothing else.the leds are not working,and the screen is black..pls help

Please supply PC specs, especially your PSU, GPU/s etc.

Have you changed anything since the last time it worked?

i've took to the service.they told me that maybe the motherboard is dead.

doesnt a HSF draw its power through the mobo? if the mobo is dead then surely the HSF wouldn't spin up.
