Recommendation for PSU upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168.... My stock PSU is 350W. I'm looking to upgrade the PSU that will support this card and my system. But, I do not know what is required for my Dell Inspiron 530.
