one thing which make me worry is the 6 x +12V rails in which 1-4 is 20A and 5-6 is 33A.
or should i go far OCZ xtreme 800 watt in which +12 rail is 62A...

Go for the OCZ, Xilence is more than a little flaky. If you want a 1000W PSU pick up an Antec Quattro. (I have one and love it, especially in a 220v area. Like say Germany)

It shouldn't have any issues, but when in doubt go larger. Just don't get the Xilence.

what about Corsair TX850W in which +12V is 70A

Imo the Corsairs are much better than the OCZ
Some reviews show the OCZs to be very iffy....especially the new one

Corsair uses great parts and are very reliable
