Hi all,
I'm having a problem with my 16 port switch.
all the 14 clients are connected fine with that switch but 2 of them are not on the network, Cable is Ok, I have change the RJ-45 connectors just to make sure that they are not bad, but when I plugged them (the 2 that are not connecting) into the switch my switch lights are blink like every 3 seconds and off then blink...and continuous...below are the three lights that I have in my switch.

Its an unmanageable switch.
