Can i install 4GB of RAM in my mobo(asus P6T DELUXE)with intel X58 chipset ??

If the p6t supports dual channel memory (2 or 4 slots filled) the manual will tell you. It only takes a few minutes to download and look up the info.

Yes, but the RAM can't need more than 1.65V, as this is the limit for the Core i7 platform. Most 2 channel DDR3 is built for the C2Q platform, and they usually need 1.8V or higher. If it uses 1.65V or less it might work. Can you link to the RAM you want to use?
