Mem in new system

Hey i have a asus Rampage Extreme motherboard and it can take DDR3 PC 12800 at 1600 Mhz... The problem I'm having is i cant figure out which company/series is the best to use, I'm hoping to stay in the range of $100 or so for a 4gb set (2x2gig) of ram..

Anybody have any suggestions?

Unfortunately, the memory makers haven't quite yet figured out how to properly make 2GB DDR3 modules, as seen by the lack of such modules rated at the DDR3 standard 1.5V. This is the closest I found at newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146873
