Splendid
If you look at the photo of the wattage label, it says that the two +12V rails only total 324W, which is 27A, not 34A. However, the e5200 is not a power hog at all, and the 4670 maxes out at 59W, so I think you'll be fine with the Earthwatts. That's a decent-quality power supply.
However, this one should be similar quality, and is a lot cheaper ($25 after rebate, with free shipping, too): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341012

and when you get your rebate money, it'll come in handy becuae you will be ready to upgrade by then.

don't count on rebates, they are getting arder and harder to fulfill lately

400 watts is all the 4670 calls for. you might even get by with a 350 or 380 if they are decent quality because it looks like a pretty efficient setup.

I'm using the 610 PC P&C, an one of the best (+ quiet), with a 5 year warranty. 500w with a 38A single rail over a 380w with 2 17a 12v rails (can't remember the formula, 17+17 does not equal 34A), will handle a graphics card up-grades a lot easier.
Had to wait 3 months for the rebate, thought you would like to know. Make sure you follow the qualifications carefully.
