E6500 vs E6500K

He ya folks,

I just noticed Newegg has the E6500 available: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116093

I was just wondering if this is the same thing as the E6500K, which has an unlocked multi and available in China at retail: http://www.dvhardware.net/article37120.html

So is this the same E6500 with the unlocked multi?
