ASUS P5K-SE Problem

I have ASUS P5K-SE Motherboard. Every time the power goes down the computer does not turn on. I have to reset the BIOS (CMOS Clear) to be able to start the computer.

Any thoughts?

okay, you're able to start the computer after resetting the BIOS. So, have you tried looking for a bios update when in your OS? After applying the BIOS update let us know if this problem is still there.

Yes,check the BIOS update revision history for your motherboard on the website and see if one of the newer BIOS versions addressed the problem you are experiencing.

It has the newest BIOS now and it doesn't help.
