I have a friend that just got a Dell and he wants to replace his CPU from a amd x2 4000+ to a 6000+. Where can i check to see if his motherboard supports it?

Do a search for the Dell model and find out what board it's using. Also keep in mind that the 4000 was available for both 939 and AM2.
