Where is the my places bar in windows

I have a new pc using Excel 2010 on a Windows 7 machine and cannot locate the "My Places" option to add

I mentioned Windows 7 for background information and not knowing if it played a role in this issue. However, I think the "My places" option is a Microsoft Office option that I am unable to locate using Office 2010.
Can you help?
