Hello,
i use a old dell desktop with windows XP, and service pack 2. and when i click USER ACCOUNT, i get a blank white screen, no arrows or anything, just plain white. i have went into CMD and did the DLL inputs that ive seen here, and also went to Rameshs site and did the script thing that supposed to fix the issue, but doesnt work. im totally lost on what to do, i want to be able to make extra accounts as well as set passwords. if someone can explain what to do, i would be grateful.
