9800 gt temperatures

What's an ideal temprature range for a 9800 GT GPU for just doing things on the desktop like web browsing, e-mail, watching Hulu vids and things like that?

I'm trying to figure out how low I should adjust my fan.

These are load temperatures for graphics cards:

80-90 is average
115 is threshhold
127 burnout
