I ahve a Cooler master Hyper 212 which has the option to put a 2nd 120mm fan on it.

I added a 2nd fan,tho its not the extact same as what came with the cooler, and both are connected from a 2 male to a single led female, and then connected to the motherboard.
Now my fan speed sensor fluxuates.
I am sure that having the exact same 2 fans would be better, which I have ordered.
But is there a way to sync the 2 fans to run the same RPM?

In practice, no. In any case, it's not a good idea to try to power two big fans from a single MB fan connector, as the circuitry powering it isn't designed for the amount of current 2 fans will draw, and you run the risk of frying the transistor powering the connector.
