(K8N NEO4-F) – Cant’t find IDE devices

Hi Everyone,

I don’t know what is happening with my motherboard K8N NEO4-F. Approximately one month ago my IDE 1 stops to work, any device that I plug in this port is not detected, so to solve this problem I plug my devices on IDE 2.
But yesterday the same problem happens with this port and I don’t know how to solve.

Someone has any idea to solve this problem?

Sounds like a bad motherboard if the devices are working and you didn't make any changes in the bios.
You could convert to SATA or get a new motherboard.
MSI is not a good brand.

Could it be a virus Bios Virus?
Do you think that is a good idea to flash the BIOS?

Sounds more like the Northbridge chip going bad.
You can try reflashing the bios.
