ASUS M3A78-EM USB power

Hi,
Recently put a new PC together using ASUS M3A78-EM. Power to USB ports stays on even if the PC is powered off. Is there any way to have it turned off when the PC is not in use? I was hopping there is a BIOS setting, can't figure out if there is a way to do it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

plug out the usb devices when you turn off the pc. the usb ports should be off until you turn on the pc again. its normal. there might be an option in the bios, but i highly doubt it

The PC is not easily accessible, I was hoping for a better solution than unplugging the USB device.
