No input/output?

I just hooked up a Asus Rampage Formula mobo and the system is running and everything but its not recognizing my mouse keyboard or monitor. The hell is wrong?

did you install the chipset drivers?

No I have no display at all. I've stripped it down and have power but no display and my plug-in mouse is dead. Ideas?
