Zalman CNPS 9700 LED

Hi guys! I currently have a Core 2 Duo with a stock cooler and I'm planning on changing my stock cooler and heatsink with a Zalman CNPS 9700 LED. I was wondering if it would fit in a standard ATX case. Thanks!

that's hard to say, it really depends on your case and how wide it is. could you say what model case it is?

if it is an hp or dell case then it will most likely not fit.

i would also recommend getting the 9700nt version where the fan speed can be set in the bios. and do not need the fanmate 2.
