Information Bar missing

I need help Please, My Problem is, im trying to Download Adobe Flash Player. But the Infomation Bar is Missing, My Father Accidentally Remove Adobe Flash Player on Tools. Please help me I really need Help! Please!

Since you didn't say... I'll offer how to restore it in Firefox...

If version is lower than version 4:

Start>Programs>Mozilla Firefox>Mozilla Firefox (safe mode)>reset toolbars and controls

If version 4:

Hold the shift key while starting Firefox and click reset toolbars and controls
