Hi

So I bought this card few weeks ago, flashed the bios up to F10 (latest).
I then installed my pci soundcard, an audigy 1 platinum, with the front panel.

I put it in PCI bus 2 first, as it was at the bottom, somehow more convenient to me.
I installed the kx drivers, rebooted, there the drivers, when trying to load the mixer, told me that the card was not present.
I go to device manager, and I see "this device cannot start" error message for this card.
I tried many things, latest kx version etc, no way.

So I decided to try on the other slot, there it worked (!)
But not for long, yesterday, when I booted up my my pc, I got the same message again.

So either my mobo as a problem (pci only, as it seems other things work perfect), either it could be fixed with an older bios or something...

Any idea would be welcome.

Thanks

Ahh - dumb question, but: did you remember to go into the BIOS and disable the on-board audio chipset?
