I got a question!!
I know that when you convert a PCM Wave file to MP3 the quality is less than the orignal. but what happens if I convert it back to PCM Wave, is data gone or will it be the same quality ?

You lost data when you converted PCM -> MP3.
When converting back to PCM you can't get back the data you lost. You should try to avoid it if possible. You will not lose alot if you take your good quality MP3s (192 kbps) to make a PCM CD-Audio but for example you shouldn't convert them back from the CD to MP3 on your hard drive again.
