I7 920 at 86 degrees

Hello,
I'm new to overclocking, and i gave it a try yesterday.
I got my i7 920 to 3,3ghz on a stock cooling, now im kinda worried about the temp. It went to 86 degrees at 100 load, checking with Real Temp.
I'd like to know if this is fine? or if i should downclock/ buy a new cooler.

86 C is too hot.
