Unfortunately thats a different motherboard. Its similar but the front panel connectors (the diagram that we really need) is different.

I found it here. http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/com/support/manuals.html

The manual says its for the K8v mx motherboard but its for the /S version and your connector diagrams are on it.
