P4M900T-M cpu support

I was looking on the ECS Motherboard CPU Support site and did not find any support for the E7400 P4 2.8ghz 1066fsb. However, the board specs indicate support for the 1066fsb. Does anyone know if this processor is compatible?

Since the E7400 isn't on the list, it won't work properly. You should select a CPU that's officially supported.

Ok, thanks for the info.

I guess I should have modified my question to, has anyone successfully installed a E7400 CPU in the P4M900T-M motherboard? I have seen some people seeling them online and claiming the system comes with a E7400. However, since the processor is not on the list of supported CPU's, I'm not so sure it will work. Also, keep in mind, the list ECS published was on 03/19/2008, which might be out of date. I guess it's not worth the hassel or waisting $70 for a CPU that does not work in my board. I will just upgrade to a new board.

None of the E5xxx or E7xxx series CPUs are on the list and some were available before 03/19/2008.
