Add or remove programs missing xp

None of my programs are showing up in the control panel, add or remove programs. It just says please wait while your programs are being generated.....But nothing ever shows up. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks

Download CCleaner and use their tools option to uninstall programs. You may also want to run their registry cleaner.
