1TB External HDD showing 500GB after formatting

Hello,
I recently formatted my WD 1TB external hdd from ntfs to fat32 so i could use it with my playstation 3. after changing to fat32 the capacity is now showing as 500GB. is there any way to correct this?

fat32 has only limited support for today need., try to format 100 or 128 Gb in fat 32 & rest of your HDD with NTFS
