What should the ratio be? Mine reads in CPU-Z at 1:2. Is this the correct value? Would 1:1 be more advantageous to speed? If so, how would I go about gettting it to 1:1?

1:2 means you are overclocking your RAM. That may be limiting your overclock. Take it back to 1:1 and see if you can push your CPU speed higher.
