Ok, I have a Hanvon Painting Master 5*4, and it is not being recognized by my ECS GeForce6100SM-M.

I know it is my motherboard, because my tablet is currently running just fine on a different computer with a different motherboard, and I tried installing it on another computer with the same motherboard and that computer also does not recognize it.

I have Windows XP Professional, but my tablet can run on it. I have already tested that on a different computer, and I know I have service pack 3.

Alright, I think that sums it up. just wondering if there's a way to get my motherboard to recognize my tablet.

Welcome to the forums!

Have you installed the drivers?
Check device manager for exclamation points.

Thanks!

I have installed the drivers, uninstalled them, then installed them again several times, and when I look at the device manager, it always says "Unknown Device" for about 2 seconds, makes the device disappear, then it pops up again.
