I'd appreciate any suggestions to the following system. I've been piecing it together for the last week from other suggestions and I'd appreciate any feedback from the experts. The computer will be used mainly for gaming and I'd like to finally play a game at high settings without lag.

if you plan on SLIing it, do it now, and get a bigger PSU.

if not, get a different mobo.

I'd also skip the Raptor, and maybe get a bigger 7200.11 and partition it.

- Good choice on processor

- Check the relative performance of ATi 48xx in crossfire against NVidia varients. Also dependant on resolutions. See the monthly graphics roundup on Tom's - that will be a good guide.
- If using ATi pick a P45 board or if playing at high resolutions (~24"+) X48 chipsets.

- Either go for a new raptor or a new drive from seagate or WD.
