Corsair Memory Timings on my Asus m3n78-EM

I'm running 4GB of Corsair 800 memory on an Asus m3n78-EM and I'm getting some strange issues from trouble booting to slow load times for games to trouble with the iGPU, so now I'm looking at memory wondering if maybe the timings are off.

PC Wizard gives

CAS Latency (tCL) : 2 clocks @144 MHz, 4 clocks @72 MHz
RAS to CAS (tRCD) : 9 clocks @144 MHz, 4 clocks @72 MHz
RAS Precharge (tRP) : 7 clocks @144 MHz, 4 clocks @72 MHz
Cycle Time (tRAS) : 35 clocks @144 MHz, 18 clocks @72 MHz

So unless I've been reading it wrong, should be 5/5/5/18.

Have I found my culprit?? If so how can I change this (the bios has no options for timings).

Thx

Unfortunately, since the BIOS has no options for timings, you can't change it. However, what you've reported looks like SPD data (the presets stored in the DIMMs), not the actual current settings. Run CPU-Z to find out the actual current settings.
Download and burn the bootable CD image of memtest86+ to test whether your memory is giving any errors. Also, don't forget to set the RAM/DIMM voltage in the BIOS to that required by your specific DIMMs if they require something other than the DDR2 standard 1.8V.

Please list ALL of the information from the stickers on your modules. Also, list all of the settings you have made in the BIOS for RAM, CPU, and voltages.
