What are people's opinions on the best board for the new Phenom II X4 940 CPU in the AM2+ socket?

After doing a lot of research, I've come up with these:

What board is the best in people's opinion, to be paired with an OC'ed X4 940 CPU, 8800GT Gfx Card, and 8Gb RAM?

personally i am trying to decide on one also. I have narrowed my results down to

ASUS Crosshair II
Foxconn Destroyer
MSI K9N2 Diamond
K10N780SLIX3-WiFi

these are all 780a and I believe all will be compatible with AM3. but i am still researching and will probably know more in a few days.
