Hello,
I recently had to buy a new hard drive and I don't know if it was that that made my usb ports stop working. Please Help!

Please be more clear: you're saying that, when you put in the hard disk, your USB ports stopped working? What kind of mobo are you using? What hard disk? Other specs of the computer?
