Core i5 overclocking confusion

I've tried to read up on overclocking, but I've only succeeded in confusing myself. First modern overclock.

What I have:
- Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3P
- Core i5 750
- Mushkin DDR3 1600 7-9-7-24

What I want to do:
- Overclock to a conservative 3.0Ghz
- NOT overclock the memory, but keep it at the rated specs
- Keep the i5 Turbo Boost working

I change BCLK to 150, but that also seems to want to mess with my memory settings.

Any advise on how to do this?

Thanks,
mike.

Go to MB Intelligent

Advance setting

CPU Clock Ratio (set it to 20x)
Advanced CPU Feature
Turn off Enhanced Halt (C1E) to Disabled
Intel Turbo Boost Tech to Disabled
CPU EIST Function to Disabled

Go back to Advance Setting

QPI Clock Ratio (Setting it to x32)
Base Clock (BCLK) Control to Enabled
BCLK Frequency (MHZ) 130-185 (You can choose a number between 130-185) what you want is 156
System memory Multiplier (SPD at 8.0) Best to little lower

Advance CPU Core Feature

Performance Enhance

Advance Voltage Setting

Load-line Calibration (to Enabled)

and save. Do this in order.
