Best AM2+ board for around 200$???

Hey all, im sure this has been asked 100 times but the answer is always updated due to constant releases of new motherboards. Im wondering what would be my best bet for a AM2+ motherboard for around 200$ i have tried the asus A3A79-T deluxe but had too many problems attempting to get my 1066 memory to run so i sent it back and im looking into other options. I am currently leaning towards the foxconn destroyer, but if there is another out there that will give me more bang for my buck please let me know, thank you in advance. Heres what i currently have in my system

AMD Phenom 9600
Nvidia GeForge GTX 260
4 Gig (2x2gb) 800Mhz, going to purchase 4gb (2x2gb) 1066 with board
750 CORSAIR PSU
2x Sata HD (300gb, 1tb)

If you can, I would wait for the AM3 motherboards.

Last time I checked you couldn't use AM2 CPU's in AM3 socket's

from my readings there are already boards out there that are backwards compatable such as this one
