Best overclock settings for ga-ma770t-ud3p and phenom II x2 550 be

Hello all,
I just built a new system and would humbly ask for some good bios settings for it to at least make it optimized at 3.4ghz with a stock cooler. That is after upping the multiplier.
I have been told this should be achievable.
At stock settings I idle at 33c, heavy surfing on the net might bump up to 40c.
Ambient in the house here is around 20 to 24c.
I just want to overclock this far until I get a new hsf.
My ram is GSKILL DDR3 1600.

What about when you play games? Try to push your system to the max, and see how the temps hold up.

Im pretty comfy with it at 3.3 ghz.
Temps after playing rfactor for an hour dont go beyond 56c cpu, 46c core. full settings in game, 230 to 260 fps
I think I really dont need to push it any further till I get some better case fans and the CCF installed.
