Hi guys,

I've a DC with win srv 2k8.

I've created a new OU for testing purpose, it has 1 policy that works fine... but here's the problem... everything is working fine... except for password-policy! I set these settings:
- at least 6 char
- expiration 120 days
...

But when I try to change my pass... I can give "123" and it works!

I've investigated... and... (for me) SURPRISE! The DC's local policy are managing passwords! In fact if I change the local policy in the password settings and I put the same (or other) configuration like the domain policy it works!

I don't understand... how is it possible? I removed every link And inheritance from "default domain policy" and "default domain policy" but still not results.

I don't know if it's important but users login through remote desktop.

Thanks
