Intel core 2 quad q9300

Hello,

I'm going to buy a HD5770. I wil replace it for my (old) gt220. Will this Card run properly on my q9300 on stock speed (2.5ghz)??? If not, how much can i overclock it ON STOCK COOLING? I already looked in the bios but it seems the overclocking options are locked. I have an IPIEL LA-3 mobo. My pc is the hp p6150 by the way

Q9300 at stock is fine for HD5770 and I don't recommend you OC with the stock cooler.
